Sendmail Reverse PTR lookup configuration
dear all
I want to set up a MTA such that whenever a mail received by that MTA it should automatically look for a reverse lookup for that ip. If that ip doesn't match the hostname or MX then it should deny that mail. can anybody suggest an option
thanks in advance
renjith

Re: Sendmail Reverse PTR lookup configuration
Start by making sure that the feature 'accept_unresolvable_domains' is *NOT* included in your '/etc/mail/sendmail.mc'.
