Our system will be disconnected frequently , the below is part of error message in the /var/log/messages , could advise what 's the most possible cause of the problem ? thx

Solution
Not a lot of data, but it seems like your Network card driver is corrupt.
Step 1, try removing it and re-installing.
Step 2, review the network configuration in /etcc/sysconfig/network-scripts and look for typos or conflict in the ifcfg files.

Your NIC card driver is corrupt or your NIC transceiver is failing to auto-negotiate with the device at the other end. Do you get an advertisement of "Bad MAC " echoed onto your /var/log/syslog or console ? Replace the NIC with a similar spare and observe. I think that the NIC is dying a slow death, corrupting your filesystem as it dies.
