ServiceGuard Virtual IP binding failed

hi

I encountered a problem. When I disabled the network card on machine a with the ifdown command, my cluster package can be switched. The cluster package can be switched to machine B normally, and I replied to the network card on machine a. the cluster cmviewcl - V attributes are normal. When I disabled the network card on machine B, my cluster package is transferred to machine a, but finally it cannot be bound successfully when binding the virtual IP. The following attachment is a screenshot of my log, Can you help me deal with this problem?
