Slow printing colorLaserjet 5m with jetdirect

hello,

whit slow printing i mean:
6MB printjob(6 pages PDF file) takes totaly 6 minutes to compleet (exl. warmup)
200Kb

3 pictures/printjobs @ 6MB 15MINS!!

3min for 1MB printjob (@ spooler)
i mean,the advange send rate is around ~20kb(some even less)
whit jetdirct??!?!!
@ ltp port is is the same speed/problem :/

i want rates 500kb/s + @ jetdirect (lpt = 50kb/s)
some 1 know what the problem is?


the printer has 52MB ram (20mb= postcript)

tryed things:
PCL/ps
cold boot (default settings)
lot pint configs
drivers
other OS
