Snap FS

Hi,
I wanted to create a snap lvol for backup porpeses but, the source is not a lvol but a disk (/dev/sda6) and unfortunatly it doesnt work...
Is there any posibilty to create a snap (something) for a disk ? Or is there an option to create a snap in the FS level and not in the lvol level ?

Shalom Eli,

Snaphots only work for logical volumes. They are an lvm feature.
