We have received the latest version of HP ServiceGuard for linux A.11.18 with a license. The installed version of ServiceGuard is A.11.16, and it’s missing SNMP packages.
Q1: Can we please get support from HP to receive the SNMP packages for ServiceGuard for linux version A.11.16 ?? I have looked all over the internet for those. Can someone tell us if we have to buy another license of serviceGuard for linux version A.11.16 ? IS there any website where we can download this package with the license that we have?

						Shalom,
SNMP is a separate package that is not part of the serviceguard license.
Serviceguard will work with the standard snmp packages that ship free with the OS.
Note you have posted this to SG HP-UX and the post may be moved.

ServiceGuard comes with a subagent for the SNMP agent not the full SNMP agent.
In the standard OS install of Linux it does install a UCD snmp agent. It probably is not configured to run at boot time so you need to create a RC script (or create a symbolic link) to enable that and then the snmp subagent then starts
