My current kernel version given below and I need to update the same now. Please advise me accordingly.

ftp02:/etc # cat /etc/SuSE-release
2.4.21-138-smp
ftp02:/etc # uname -r
2.4.21-138-smp
ftp02:~ # uname -a

If you really want 10.3, you'll have to look through all the old mirrors and hope somebody didn't purge it. See http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Mirrors#EOL_Mirrors .
