suse linux server not booting -- cannot allocate memory error coming

We have installs Suse Enterprise Server 9 on HP Proliant DL380 G4 xeon

The server was hanging i was not able to restart so i shut down by holding the shudown button and when i restarted, the suse server is not booting,
when it starts runlevel services it gives cannot allocate memory error and I changed ram but same error is coming .
When i try a memory test with Suse installation CD1 it shows an intrupt .

So i am trying to repair the OS but this cannot allocate memory is coming

Thanks in advance for the help

Shalom,

Instead of just changing the RAM, boot the server into diagnostic mode of bios or cd-rom and run a full set of tests. It could be any number of problems, including a system board issue.
