system backup with no tape

Hi

I have several DL 380 G4 with USB, Smart array 6i
no tape device , no floppy ...
My backup is done whith networker through the network
I am looking for a system backup ( disaster recover ) like make_recovery (HP-UX) or mksysb (AIX).
I thougth something using an USB device ...

You certainly can connect a usb device for backup. If it has enough capacity, it can do the job.

mondo is a tool that can do this.
Also look at kickstart (comes standard with RH)

I have used mkCDRec tool that creats an ISO image on CD or network and it's bootable like make_recovery. Try at http://mkcdrec.ota.be/
