Tapeware 7.0 ML350G4 LINUX

Hi,
I have 2 linux servers (Redhat 7.3 and Redhat 3.0) ML350 G4. When i use Disaster Recovery (tapeware product)fucntionnality, it's never works (using ODBR, using boot cd).
What can i do?

Yes, it'work with all aother servers (ML350 G3, DL360, ...)
But with this server, nothing works.

no when i boot on the tape, the disaster recovery process was ignored. If i use the boot cd image (create with tapeware), i have valided
the boot on the cdrom (i can choose which kind of recovery i want, i validate but the server reboot and restore nothing.

more information:
when i use the F8 option (during the boot process) The system use ODBR MODE but it have a probem (see attachement)

now the boot on the tape is ok (update HP ROM BIOS). I select all options to make a entire disaster recovery but when i validate the restore, the tape load modules and me ask to reboot the server (without restore any files)
I have also a SmartArray 641 controller in my server (with my disk) and only the dat is on the LSI Controller.
