top and sar gives diff CPU idle time

Looks like the opc moniotirng script uses the sar commands and it reports almost 0% idle.

is that a bug? I have a similar system with same kernel/patch level where sar & top gives the right/same value.

Average: 0 0.88 0.00 0.58 1.18 97.37
Average: 1 0.33 0.00 0.46 1.22 97.98
Average: 2 0.14 0.00 0.29 1.16 98.41
Average: 3 0.17 0.00 0.29 0.74 98.80
Indiviudal CPUs(0-3) shows more than 90% ide. But when it come to add all of them the values are changing..

known problem.
They collect data differently, always have, always have given different results.
Just gotta live with it. This isn't even a bug.
