Ubuntu 16.04 is showing all network interfaces down

Ubuntu 16.04 is showing all network interfaces down

I freshly installed Ubuntu 16.04 on HP DL 380e Gen8. We cabled the network, but all interfaces are showing as down on ubuntu. lscpi shows all 6 network ports. So checking if HP DL 380e Gen8 supports ubuntu 16.04 version ?

Have the interface been configured to start during boot? just because they are down doesn't mean they are not recognized.
