						Well you do not say WHICH parameter, but take a read of the Release Notes (that is what they are there for!) at

Which parameter you change has an impact.
Personally, I would not change any network parameters on a running system in a SG cluster, especially if the heartbeat network is running on it.
I would schedule some downtime and make my changes when the cluster is down.
Any ndd command that changes a network parameter can halt network connectivity.
If you must do it, fail your packages over to one node and then make your hot changes on the passive node. At least if you crash the node, you won't impact production.
Better to test this out in your SG lab.
