when i restart SAMBA,it says:stop samba failed,start SAMBA OK!

help me.Thanks!And smbclient -L localhost,it says :SCL:Error error setting CA cert locationss:error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)

trying default locations
added interfaces ip=x.x.x.x(NOTE:THIS IS MY IP),error connecting to 127.0.0.1:139(connetction refused)
connetction to localhost failed.

Could you send more information:
samba release, messages in log.smb and log.nmb
linux distribution...
