Re: After applying HPSUM, the NSI proxy service driver service failed to start
Uninstalling the NCU doesn't really help because then I lose all my teaming abilities :(

Re: After applying HPSUM, the NSI proxy service driver service failed to start
Check in device manger if you see any diabled hidden devices under non plug and play devices. If there are uninstall and reboot the server. Hope this helps

Re: After applying HPSUM, the NSI proxy service driver service failed to start
Hi,
We had the same issue on DL360 G7 on w2k8r2 when SP 02-2014 (06/2014) applied. We did not want to disolve the team and best the TCP/IP cfg as well. It works now again as expected.
What's done:
1) Installed latest/never NCU driver using the cp019400.exe
2) Uninstalled all the disabled win drivers as suggested
3) used those three commands to reset winsock/ip/tcp and restart the machine
After reboot the result is:
1) networking works again
2) teaming cfg is kept
3) TCP/IP cfg is kept
none further repair actions required on that (E2K10) server = GREAT
Many thanks to all!
