Another plugin plugblem... RealPlayer8 plugin gives error message

that's the error message I get when I try any link in the guide section in http://www.real.com On the Free Radio it works...

So far the only plugins that have worked for me in mozilla have been Java 1.4 and Acrobat Reader (which is unsupported even)...this is frustrating...
