Any way to update BIOS via boot / usb?

My DL320e Gen8 is running it says J05

I have TrueNas running on this thing now and do not have any licenses or anything. I did find the latest SPP and did that whole thing and it worked but looks like the bios was untouched and is still outdated.

You can update BIOS from iLO GUI, please check this video.
