Appletalk on Faultolerancy NIC

I'm running NT 4.0 SP4 server on HP Netserver LH3r. It has two NIC's wich are
configured to form faultolerancy pair.

I'm unable to start MacFile Sharing on this pair of NIC's. Everything works OK
when I remove other NIC form configuration

Problem solved by installing new driver from Navigator CD L.16.05

It seems that this was a know bug, but for some reason HP failed to report this
on their knowledge base.
