I'm having a wierd problem on a few of our DL 380 G5's. I'm trying to team the 2 NIC's together however before I can even get to that point I've noticed that the 2nd card will not go higher than 100mbps. If i force it to 1GBPS full duplex the card registers as disconncted. I'm 100% sure it's not the swtich as all the pots are set to 1gps and It' happening to 3 different servers. Any ideas?
