Dtole Error

I have an HP Officejet Pro 1150C and lately Iam getting the Dtole errror mesg.
and it freezing the compter and have to reboot Norton Crashguard can resolve
this problem when it crashes so I have too hit the reset button and that play's
hell with the programs. Is there a solution too this problem have installed the
latest drivers. Thanks

Was given an address for a patch I think but can't find it now please Help Help.

First thing to do is REMOVE NORTON'S CRASH GUARD. I have had nothing but problems with it in the past.
