email attachments to a Mac 9.x or whatever
I have a small issue emailing zip files, pics, etc... from my WinXP PC to my wife's 9.x Mac...
Quite a few times it comes over as winmail.dat... zip files are the worst... I think since she uses Stuffit, but that should recognize zip files...
What the heck is going on? I see she can receive other email from differnt folks where she gets email just fine with attachments, but not from my PC.
I know next to nothing about Macs other than a few basic items... any help is appreciated.

Unix, the other white meat.

Re: email attachments to a Mac 9.x or whatever
If you have Outlook, try Tools, Options, Mail Format, then change: "Send in this Message Format" to something other than Microsoft Outlook Rich Text. I don't use Outlook Express but I suspect it has the same option.
