How do I find out the newest OS that an older HP Proliant server can use?
I have some Proliant DL160P Gen 6 servers and some DL360P Gen 8 servers..
I need to upgrade off Windows 2008 to something newer. How doIfind out the newest OS that a server will run on?
I tried installing windows 2019 on a G8 and it seemed to install perfectly, but every so often the server reboots by itself.
Thanks!

Re: How do I find out the newest OS that an older HP Proliant server can use?
Hi skbarcht,
Thanks for posting your query in HPE Community!
DL360p Gen 8 is officially certified to run Windows Server 2016, for other models you may want to review the operating system matrix and review the supported and certified models which support the OS.

Hope this helps !
