hp learning adventure (The Printshop Essitials)

My computer was cut off during the time that this program was open and now it want open at all. This report error message comes up and ask if i want to send the report. So i send the report and nothing happens i still can't use my printshop and there is a document on it that i really need to get and i can't get it at all. Please tell me how to get my document or how to fix the program so i can open it and use it. Thanks Trina
