This maybe a stupid question, but does this notebook support UDMA/66?

I have a copy of Tweak-XP and it seems to offer dyer warnings of what it could do if the machine can't support this.

Hi,
that notebook comes with both UDMA/33 and UDMA/66 so you could have either one.
I??d recommend getting DR. hardware here:
http://www.dr-hardware.com/

and with that you can see which type you have and all other aspects of your hardware.

I'll try that when I get the time. Thanks for the reply. I was worried if I enabled UDMA-66 I would end-up with a system that won't even boot. Do you know if there is a simple way to test this?

I??m not that familiar with Tweak-XP but I??d go easy on things your not so sure on.
Check out Dr. hardware and it will tell you for sure what the specs are and then you can go ahead with full confidence.
