We are looking for the follow Operating System.
HP Windows Server 2008 R1 SP2 English in 32 bit to run on a HP Proliant ML350 G6
Important that it is a HP OEM version

indeed, it is a Microsoft product but they made specific versions to run on HP servers.

Who is "they"? Microsoft? HP[E]?
And the difference is what, exactly? A few device drivers which
you'd need to download, or what?
I know nothing, but I'd expect it to be possible to install something
which works from a generic kit, and then add any additional
hardware-specific stuff after that. Or, to include additional
hardware-support stuff (from a removable medium?) during the generic-kit
installation procedure.

What's the actual requirement? Repeating that you need some
(unspecified) special software distribution doesn't really answer the
question.
