HP xw4600 Workstation PC reboot with Blue Screen of Death when connected to network

Our PC worked fine without network connection. BUT it will reboot with BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH when network (company network domain) is connected. When disconnect the network cable - everything worked fine.

The Error message is
Cpqdtct.sys Address BA2E5D8A base at BA2DC000, Date Stamp 452bc2d4.

Please help us why the network connection caused our PC to reboot/crash!
