HPE R1500 G3 connect it via USB

Good afternoon, I apologize for my English.
We have HPE R1500 G3 I am trying to connect it via USB - since it (human interface devices) should appear on the system automatically.
The problem is that in BIOS he sees him, but in Windows he does not even appear as a device. Server 2016-2022.
If I connect to nas synology, then you can see the battery life.
HPE Power Protector, HP Power Manager are not defined.
How can I connect it?

Good afternoon, I looked at the instruction, there is a problem in another.
I donтАЩt have an additional card installed, and the USB port should work, I connect it with a regular USB cable, the ProLiant DL380 Gen10 server in the BIOS sees it on USB HUB, but in Windows it categorically does not see it, it doesnтАЩt even write that there is unrecognized equipment.

Hello,

You may try updating the firmware of the UPS using the "HP R1500 G3 Uninterruptible Power System Firmware Update".

If the issue is still not resolved, please contact HPE Support for further assistance.
