SolutionHello,
Please try to reset BIOS and check.
Steps:
Reboot the server
Go to System Utilities by pressing F9
System default options
Restore Settings and reboot the server.
You can also try to use iLO virtual media to mount the iso image and try.
If you are trying to install it Manually using one time boot menu, you may have to provide the required controller driver at the time of installation.

Extract the driver and provide the .inf file at the time of installation.
Click on Load driver and point to the location of the .inf file.
You may use a USB key for the driver upload.
