Re: kernel32.dll
You could try a selective recovery of all dll files using the recovery disks. Insert disk one, shut down. After 20 seconds, reboot. Press any key to continue, yes to accept EULA, choose Advance Options at the recovery options screen. Choose selective recovery. Type *.dll and click ok. This will reinstall all dll, including the kernel32.dll.
