Laser Jet M4345 not working with TCP/IP ports, but works with WSD

New Windows 2012 R2 Print server - TCP/IP ports not working for Laser Jet M4345 printers.  When WSD management/ports are used then printing works.   HP Universal Printing PCL 6 driver being used (others have been tried also). 

WSD-Discovery and Web Services Print have been toggle off and on.  No change.  Nothing in the event logs or the Web Jetadmin tool.

I would like both port options to work.  Any ideas what to check or where to look to get TCP/IP ports working?  Thanks.
