Re: microsoft kernel power event id 41
Hello,
This could be an issue with the driver.
Please do deploy the latest SPP online(via windows)
https://techlibrary.hpe.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/products/service_pack/spp/#/index.aspx?version=gen10.2024.04.00.00
https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&docId=c03190790
If the issue persists, we will have to review the logs.
Please do raise a case with us using the link: https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/home
Thanks.

Good afternoon
I am experiencing the same problem with an HP ML310 G8 v2 server. I installed 4 8GB memory cards of the type recommended in the catalog and it is experiencing this problem code 41 in the virtual machine that works as a DC01 domain controller. It restarts every 2 to 4 hours.
I have seen several videos on YouTube, where they assign the problem to the Windows NT Server 2012r2 operating system, which according to the updates has caused this problem.
Do you have any help to provide?
Thank you

Re: microsoft kernel power event id 41
Check memory modules are properly seated and run a memory test using tools like MemTest86+ to check for any memory errors.
Check the power supply and see if any loose contact.
Mainly update the drivers and firmware if any pending updates available.
I hope these helps, let me know.
