Missing Base System Device Driver ProLiant DL380 G7 Windows Server 2019

I am trying to find the iLO 3 management interface driver for a ProLiant DL380 G7 with Windows Server 2019 OS.

Below is the system information for problem devices.

I don't know why the Eithernet controllers show up. Eithernet is working, maybe I need a different deiver for those too.
