MSA replication and Windows server datacenter
Hi guys, I am to implement at HPE dl380s and MSAs on prmary and secondary sites. They servers will be virtualized and clustered (2 servers and shared storage) per site. Since the client has windows data center 2016, is it necessary to use the MSA replciation, or the hyper-v replication or storage replica is sufficient?

Re: MSA replication and Windows server datacenter
Hello,
It depends on your organizational needs , Hyper-V replication & Hyper-V storage replica has their own set of advantages and disadvantages
You may refer below doc for known issues with Windows server storage replica
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/storage-replica/storage-replica-known-issues
To answer your query if Hyper-V replication or Storage replication satisfy your Organization needs then there is no need to enable any other replicatoin mechanism,
However if you need better scalability go with MSA replication
