I am printing in vb6 using
printer.print "hello"
printer.enddoc

I am using a 450c designjet driver set to print to a file

when the file is produced there is an JCL entry for the orientation which always appears as portrait no matter what the orientation of the driver is set to

Re: printing to file - orientation problems

Hello,

You'll need to post your question in the appropriate printer forum or give the printer support team a call. You can access the printer forums by clicking the link on the right side of the forums (in the blue banner) that says HP User Community Forums - then follow the links to your model. If your model doesn't have a forum, you can call them at 208-323-2551. This is the Microsoft software forum.

Best regards,
Jamie Hughes
