Problema con Notebook HP 250 G10

Salve , ho acquistato un notebook HP 250 G10 Free Dos... Ho installato da chiaetta Windows 11, ho eseguito tutto gli aggiornamenti del sistema e dei driver . Mi ritrovo in Gestione Dispositivi dei errori sui seguentio driver :

- Controller axquisizione dati e elaborazione segnali 
- Dispositivo PCI (ripetuto 4 volte)
- Dispositivo sconosciuto (ripetuto 7 volte)
- Periferica sistema di base.

Ho cercato tutti i driver sul sito HP e installato quasi tutto. Come conseguenza principale ho il touchpad che non funziona . Per prova ho riavviato il notebook con una distro di Ubuntu e in questo caso va tutto anche il touchpad... cosa potrebbe essere?

- Basic system peripheral.

I searched for all the drivers on the HP site and installed almost everything. As a main consequence, I have a touchpad that does not work. To test I restarted the notebook with an Ubuntu distro, and in this case, everything works, even the touchpad... what could it be?
