re : network teaming help
Hi Guys,
Can anyone help, I have a ML350 install with windows 2008 standard. On the server there is two nic card 1 x intel and 1 x broadcom . When I run teaming, It can only detect the intel card and cannot detect the broadcom . I have upgraded the drivers for the broadcom, and the team software, but unfortunately it still cannot detect the broadcom card. Can someone please help???
Regards
Vincent

Re: re : network teaming help
Vincent,
What is the model of the broadcom card? what is the version of the Teaming utility? Can you send an screenshoot of the Device Manager under network devices showing the hidden devices?
The output of the following command will help as well, command prompt: hpnetsvy >filename.txt
I´ve seen issue due the Teefer2 driver installed by Symantec End Point Protection, or it can be the NIC driver only, the requested information should be enough to find out whats going on.
rgds,
Lmm
