Hi:
If you have a 'boot floppy', boot from it and type in FORMAT C: from the command prompt. This assumes the drive you want to format is Drive C:.
If you have no boot floppy, you can download one from www.bootdisk.com

You may want to boot to the boot disk and FDISK first, delete any partitions, create a new one and then format. First, though, make sure format.com is on the boot disk, if not, copy it from the system folder.
If at first you don't succeed, you must be installing Windows
