Run time error resolution

I keep getting a message that states Program: ogram files\common files\sonic\update manager\SGTRAY.EXE Application has requested the runtime to terminate in a unusual way. please contact applications support team for more info. I would like to know if anyone knows how to fix this or who I should be contacting for help with this problem. Thanks

sounds like something on Windows to me - so this is the wrong forum...

FYI SGTRAY.EXE is part of the Symantec BackupExec or BackupMyPC products, so a question in the SYmanbtec forums here:

Might get a better response than in this forum which is for HP-UX
