SAP and VMWare P to V

Hi Experts

I want to convert a SAP Ecc6 server from a physical to a virtual machine using VMWare P to V converter.

Does anyone know how SAP will behave after this is done and what variables should change on SAP? The server is Windows 2003 Server. Is this suitable for a production enviroment?
