You can sync with the wireless network, not with the computers.

BlackBerry's will sync through their wireless provider.
Desktops can sync through either using NTP (as an external add-in for some OS's, or as the built-in network time service in others).
Windows 2000, XP and Vista will sync through their AD Domain Controlers, but you can also set them through either gpedit.msc, registry entries, the network time tab within the Date/Time control, or by using the NET TIME command at a CMD prompt to manually go elsewhere to sync.
In setting up time sync manually, it would be wise to select from either a STRATUM 1 or 2 provider. Here's a list:
