The NCU GUI is empty and no devices appear in the GUI.

Hello, we experiencing problem with Windows 2008 on rx8620. Network Utility is empty and no matter what NIC we are using, we may not TEAM adapters, since no NIC presented in GUI. has solution: Issue: The NCU GUI is empty and no devices appear in the GUI.
Resolution: You must upgrade to NDIS 6.0 miniport drivers from Smart Setup Media 6.0 or downloaded from http://www.hp.com.
but either this method is not working (we have latest SupportPack), or something must be done in unusual way.

Only certain NIC are supported by Network utility. Intel Dual port is supported under Windows 2008
