Trouble installing Windows 2012 x64 of Proliant sl250 Gen8 servers.

I'm trying to install Windows 2012 x64 on four of our Proliant sl250 Gen8 servers.  During one of the reboots during the install, they will start a reboot loop.  Reboot, Windows Splash Screen, Reboot...  I'm getting no errors, Safe Mode does the same thing.  Is there anything in the BIOS that could cause this issue?  I've seen other machines do similar issues where a BIOS reset would fix this.  I haven't tried that yet, as they technically belong to another team in our organization.  Any help would be great, and I'll be happy to answer anything that may help as well.

Are you using the Intelligent Provisioning functionality to make sure the proper drivers are slipstreamed? Are you using Intelligent Provisioning v1.30 or higher? (earlier didn't support Win 2012)

Have you tried SPP?
