Veritas backup fails on the passive node.

Hi, We have a windows 2008 cluster with 2 nodes and on the passive node the jobs with policy where system_state is mentioned are failing with

"EXIT STATUS 13: file read failed"

Anybody came accross this issue or a possible solution ?

If i remove the System_Stage from the policy, the jobs are getting completed.

Worked with Veritas. They provided a patch binary and now this issue is resolved.
