Veritas NetBackup Silent Installation in Windows 2008

Hi all,
I don know whether this is the right place to put my questions.

I have to install veritas netBackup6.5 on windows 2008 remotely.In installables i have tried by i=using Silentadmin.cmd and silentclient.cmd> Locally this command working fine and the product is getting installed on the machine but when i try from remote machine I am getting :PostInstall errorcode:255 :
Can anyone please help me on this
