Win Server 2012 R2 - base system device driver not found
My server is DL380e Gen 8. I have just installed windows server 2012 R2.
Device Manager:
Base system device driver not found.
Device PCI\VEN_103C&DEV_3307&SUBSYS_3381103C&REV_05\4&15d41075&0&02E7 was configured.
Driver Name: null
Help please

This is the VMWare VMCI Bus Device. Open your VMWare console to that 2012 server and at the top of screen click on VM>Guest>Install/Upgrade VMWare Tools. If it doesn't autorun, go to your CD/DVD device and open from there. Good luck
