Win XP Pro - Delayed Write Failed Error

I am running Win XP Pro and am constantly getting "Delayed Write Failed" error messages. I have 2 SCSI disks installed on an HP Kajak XU800, no IDE hard drives, and a disk check confirms both hard drives have no errors. I was running Win2K before and had no problems like this at all. Anyone got any ideas?
