Windows 2000 on Pavilion N5195

I'm trying to put Windows 2000 on my new laptop (Pavilion N5195). When I upgraded the OS the modem doesn't work. Under Device Manager the modem is listed as "ESS ES56CVM-PI Data Fax Modem" does HP have any drivers that support Windows 2000 for this modem?

Anyone has a driver for ES56CVM-PI modem?
My computer is HP Pavilion 3290 and uses this modem under windows 98
