Windows 2008 R2 and NCU Taskbar Icon

Anyone seen an issue, in that when you deploy the PSP (8.30+) the NCU icon does not appear in the taskbar in windows 2008 R2? I'm sure it's a secuirty thing, may UAC but not sure.

Any ideas?
