Windows Server 2022 downgrade to Windows Server 2019

We purcheshed HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10 Plus Server with OS 2022, but our client want to use Windows Server 2019 due to software camatibility issues. Please advice how to downgrade that Windows Server 2022 license to Windows Server 2019?
