When I try to start works I get an error messge and I cinnot use the program.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't help.

HELP!!!!

Hello Anna,

What is the exact error message you are getting? Could you also verify if you
are talking about Microsoft Word or Microsoft Works? If you could give the
exact error message that might help track down the problem.
